JCH Board Resolution

A Resolution from the members of the
Jersey Community Hospital Board:

Whereas, Jerry McIntyre served as a member of the JCH Board of Directors for 16 years;

And, whereas, he served two terms as the Chairman of the Board and was the current Chairman at the time of his passing;

And, whereas, his leadership, his ideas, his humor, and his friendship were an invaluable part of our Board;

And whereas, his creative ability and insight were formative in so many of the projects undertaken by this Board;

And whereas, the JCH campus is full of Jerry’s beautiful ideas;

Therefore, be it resolved that the main roadway to the Jersey Community Hospital will be hereafter called, McINTYRE DRIVE so that all who enter this campus may be reminded of his wonderful contributions to our Hospital.

By order of the Board of Directors of the Jersey Community Hospital, this resolution is to be recorded in the minutes of the meeting of October 29, 2009 and copies sent to his wife of nearly 40 years, Rhonda McIntyre and each of their children, Rachel, Ross, Matt, Robin, and Marci.
